Cold hardy shrub with edible fruit, prickly though.  😦   This well branched low height shrub is easy to grow.  Best growing in full sun to partial shade location.  Drought tolerant once plant is established.  Small magenta/purple flowers in late spring to summer then the fruit ripe to deep purple-black.  Many small seeds in each berry.   Silvery green foliage with ripe dark berries has its unique look!  Flowers attract bees and butterflies.  Ripe fruit attract birds and wildlife to feed on and edible for human.   USDA Zones:5-10. Mature size:1′-6′(H) X 4′-5′(W). Propagate by seeds, cuttings or division.  Medicinal.   Nitraria (Nitraria tangutorum Bor.) is very similar with black gojiberry but each berry only has one large seed.)

耐寒強健的灌木著生可食性莓果,蠻多刺的.  😦  它容易栽種,其灌木低矮自然分支多.  最好栽種在全日照到半日照處.  植株生長穩定後頗為耐旱. 春末到夏天開桃紅/紫色小花.  銀灰綠的葉片搭配熟成紫黑色的果實頗為好看!  花頗吸引蜂蝶. 熟果除人類可食外亦吸引鳥類與其他野生動物前來覓食.  耐寒也耐熱.  成熟株高1-6呎,寬幅4-5呎.  繁殖方式以種子,扦插或分株方式來進行.  藥用.  唐古特白刺(學名Nitraria tangutorum Bor.) 果實外型跟黑枸杞果實很相似但一枚果實內僅一枚種子,黑枸杞則有數個小種子.
