Cold hardy perennial.  Easy to grow.  Best growing in full sun to partial shade location. Beautiful large pink double flowers with creamy white center in late spring early summer.  Very fragrant!  Flowers attract bees and butterflies.   Excellent for cut flower.  USDA Zones:2-9. Mature size:2.5′-3.5′(H) X 3′-4′(W).   Propagate mainly by division.  Drought tolerant once established.  Life span is aroun 50 years.  Medium to slow growth, depends on how rich the soil and soil moisture.

耐寒強健的多年生草花.  容易栽種.  最好栽種在全日照到半日照處.  春末夏初開很大朵的粉紅色重瓣花,內層是米黃/米白色的. 花朵很香!  花頗吸引蜂蝶.  很適合切花.  極其耐寒也耐熱. 成熟株高2.5-3.5呎,寬幅3-4呎.  繁殖以分株為主. 植株成長穩定後頗為耐旱.  一般而言芍藥的壽命在草花界中是很長的,約50年.  生長速度中等到緩慢,全取決於濕度及土壤肥沃程度.

Mature size:3″-6″(H) X 1′(W).  Propagate by seeds, cuttings or division.   Edible.   Good for cut flower!

First time growing water lily from seeds.  Seeds are smaller than sesame seeds.  Germinate seeds in a jar of clean water, place this jar in somewhere bright and warm.  Slowly you can seed seeds germinating more and more.   Transplant them into small cup with some soil and slowly fill the cup with water or plant the seedlings in wet potted soil then put the pot in a container which fill with water.  Water level slightly over the seedlings.

第一次孵睡蓮種子.  種子大小比芝麻種子小些.  將種子放入一小罐清水中來孵, 將這罐置於明亮溫暖處等種子陸續發芽出葉後便可移植. 可分小杯種或中盆種後將中盆慢慢置入有水的容器中,水的高度略高於植物小苗.

This double Amaryllis is tender perennial flowering bulb.  USDA Zones: 9-11.  It is very easy to grow indoor from large bulb, its triple petaled flower has luxury look.  Sometimes flower forms even many layers of petals.   Excellent for cut flower! 重瓣的孤挺花並不耐寒,但是它是很容易栽種的多年生球根花卉.  三倍體的花朵有時花瓣會更多層,很華麗璀璨!  是上選的切花花材!

After flowering the plant will grow wide, slender leaves.  You can propagate the plant by slicing the bulb as an orange, just remember to sanitize the sharp knife and make sure each slice with a bit of root base.   When weather is warm you should plant the bulb outdoors for bulbs to grow larger.

花謝後剪去花莖,它會長出長長寬寬的綠葉.  可以像切柳橙一樣的方式來繁殖球根.  不過利刃要消毒,要確定每塊都帶有能長根的根部. 陰乾傷口就能種植.  天氣溫暖時可以將植株地植或戶外栽種在大盆中,讓球根可以長大.  最好是全日照或半日照處,排水良好的土壤.

Nice perennial herb and vegetable. I usually use scissors to harvest the whole plant from the ground level. They are very hardy and so easy to grow in any full sun to partial shade location. White flower balls in summer attract bees and butterflies. Flower stems before flowering is vegetable, good for stir-fry. Flowers are good for cut flower use. Self seeds easily. Plant clumps can be divided in early spring for propagation. Cold hardy and heat tolerant. USDA Zones:4-13. Mature size:2′-3′(H) x 1.5′-2′(W).
