Tropical perennial.  Easy to grow.  Best growing in full sun to partial shade location.  Large yellow flowers in mid summer to early fall, flowers has pleasant strong fragrance.   Excellent for cut flower.  Flowers attract bees and butterflies.   Like white ginger, the shoots, flowers and tender young bulbs are edible.  USDA Zones:8-11. Mature size:6′-8′(H) X 1′-1.5′(W).  Propagate by seeds, bulbs/rhizomes, offsets, division.

熱帶多年生草花.  容易栽種. 最好栽種於全日照到半日照處.  仲夏到秋初開有宜人強香蠻大的黃色花序.  花市很適合切花,頗吸引蜂蝶. 跟常見的白色野薑花一樣,花,嫩芽葉與嫩薑都可以食用.  植株喜熱不耐寒.  成熟株高6-8呎,寬幅1-1.5呎. 繁殖方式以種子,球根/地下根莖,側芽,分株方式來進行.
