Coconut Cookies椰子餅乾

Ingredients:

2 CoconutCups All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Cups Unsweetened Fine Shredded
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Virgin Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Non-Hydrogenated Margarine

1. Mix all ingredients into cookie dough, shape it with cookie cutter. Place unbaked cookies on the baking tray with some room that allows the cookies to expand during baking.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degree F for 5 minutes.
3. Bake cookies about 10 minutes or until seeing cookies’ bottom edge is a bit of golden. Let cookies slowly cool and enjoy them! They are delicious! 🙂

Chocolate Chip Cookies 巧克力丁餅乾, 好吃喔!

Recipe: Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

3 cups (all purpose) flour

1 cup Becel (or other trans fat free) margarine (don’t melt into liquid)

1/2 cup white sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons natural vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons hot water (to dissolve baking soda)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine all ingredients by hand to make the dough.
  3. Place parchment paper on the baking tray.
  4. Roll the dough into small round balls and gently press them into small round   disks, place on parchment paper (leave room to expand).
  5. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden.

Makes 3 – 4 dozen cookies (depending on the size of the cookie)
