Pretty,easy to grow and multiply by bulb or seeds. Zephyranthes candida (white flowers), Zephyranthes carinatais or Zephyranthes rosea (pink flowers) and Zephyranthes citrine (yellow flowers) are hardy for USDA zones 7-10. In Canada they are tender flowering bulbs, but they are very easy to grow in pots indoor by a sunny window.

I have these three different coloured bulbs, fairly good size with good quality. The photo is the first flower, even before it has grown any leaves.

Bloom Time: Late Summer/Early Fall Blooms repeatedly. Best grown in full sun to partial shade location.

Just happened to see the seed pack available and I never grow this before.. It is native in south Africa. For full sun location. The flower size is about 2.5 inches across, plants bloom in summer and autumn. In warm climate, plants can continue to bloom in winter as well. Mature plant height is about 30-40cm.
