Zucchini Bread
3 Cups all-purpose flour
2 Cups grated zucchini
1 Cup chopped walnuts
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
3 teaspoons natural vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1. Preheat oven to 325 degree F (165 degree C).
2.Mix well all ingredients and pour the batter into a cake mold or 2 small bread molds and bake for 45-60 minutes or until the top is golden and center is cook through.
3.Let it cool so it is easy to slice.

3杯低筋(或中筋)麵粉
1大杯蔬菜油
1大杯砂糖
2大杯刨細絲的夏南瓜
1大杯的碎核桃仁
1小匙鹽
1小匙小蘇打粉
1小匙泡打粉
1小匙肉桂粉
3小匙天然香草精
1顆(大)生雞蛋
和在一起成麵糊後放在烤模裡烤. 烤箱要先預熱華氏325度(或攝氏165度)烤個45-60分鐘要看表面微金黃有烤熟透就行,放冷後切片享用!
