It is also known as Greek myrtles.  Tropical evergreen flowering shrub.  Aromatic herb.  Easy to grow.  Best growing in full sun to partial shade location.  White fragrant flowers in late spring to early fall.  Long blooming time!  Flowers attract bees and butterflies.  Berries ripe to blue dark.  Fruit attract birds.  Leaves and fruit are edible which can be used in food and drinks but its strong sent and flavor and berries stainable color should be used in mild quantity.  USDA Zones:8-10.  Mature size:10′-12′(H/W).   Propagate by seeds, cutting or layering.  Medicinal.  The essential oil is used for perfume, soaps and potpourris.  Suitable for growing in containers indoors.

桃金孃科香桃木屬的常綠灌木.  這種熱帶常綠開花灌木全株甜香略帶著柑橘香,很好聞. 容易栽種.  最好栽種在全日照到半日照處.  春末到秋初開白色芳香的花朵,花期很長! 花頗吸引蜂蝶.  漿果成熟由綠轉為藍黑色.   果實吸引鳥類覓食.  果實與葉可以用於料理, 但要少量使用,因為果實著色太強且味道太濃.   喜熱不耐寒.  成熟株高露地種植可達10-12呎高/寬幅.  繁殖以種子,扦插,高壓/壓條的方式來進行.  藥用.  其提煉的精油用於製作香水, 香皂與薰香.  適合室內盆植.
