Honeysuckle Fuchsia (Fuchsia ‘Koralle’) 鞭炮吊鐘花
This tropical perennial has cute light bright red flowers for long blooming time from spring to fall. Flowers attract bees and humming birds. Very easy to grow and propagate. Not cold tolerant so will require over winter indoor if you live in cold climate. Best growing in full sun to partial shade location. Mature size:3′-4′(H) X 2′-3′(W). USDA Zones:10+. Easy to propagate by cuttings. Leaves and flowers are edible.
I love fuchsias. Do you know if the seed need any special treatment? One of mine is producing fruits.

Beautiful color. I have never seen this color of honeysuckle. We have yellow and white honey suckle flowers. Do they still have that beautiful strong fragrance?
Unfortunately its flowers have no fragrance but beautiful foliage and flower color. It is honeysuckle flower like fuchsia. But I think its beauty is its own way! 🙂
I’m glad you mentioned that leaves and flowers are edible. I’ve been seeing a lot more fuchsia flowers in restaurant salads and supermarket salad packs.
Many people do not know that and some do know still do not eat them… kind of like pet plant just for showing. 🙂 Either way, it is quite nice that you could eat or not to eat, that is a choice!
