It is best to grow in full sun to partial shade location.  Mature size is about 1′(H) X 1′-1.5′(W).  Very winter hardy and easy to grow.  USDA Zones:3-9.  Blue double flowers in summer.  Flowers attract bees.  Plant has thick and long carrot-like roots so it is better to pick a nice spot to plant not transplanting again.  Low growing.  Usually propagate this plant by seeds.
