Use fresh currant year’s seeds. Best growing time is fall, second best time is spring.
播種時間為新鮮種子秋播為主,春播次之.

方法很簡單,除了種子很多就直播外:

1.Use clean container which has clear lid. Fill the container with well drained medium, moist the medium but not saggy. You can also use hydrated pit moss nuggets.

1.用洗淨的外帶食物盒或杯子有透明蓋子或不完全透明但可透光的容器,使用排水佳的介質噴水或使濕潤但不積水的程度. 或有泥炭土餅的話也可以. 泥炭土餅的好處是可以從種子發芽到地植/或盆植換大盆前都不用移.

2.Sow seeds in certain space, do not cover the seeds. Cover with the lid to keep the humidity in the seeding container. Place the seeding container in partial shade location. Open the container to check the progress every couple of days. About 10 days to 3 weeks they will germinate.

Once the seeds sprout, move the sprouted seeds in a small pot, 1 or 2 seedlings a pot. Keep seedlings moist and place them in partial shade location. When seedlings grow 6-8 true leaves, you can transplant the seedlings into larger pot. Keep seedlings moist. You can fertilize these seedlings in this stage.

2.在一定間隔的距離下種子,不覆土. 加蓋後放半日照溫暖但不熱的環境下等約3週. 每隔幾天檢查,種子一發芽根不深時移到小盆,每2小棵一盆. 用小透明塑膠袋加空氣留成長空間放在半日照處到本葉長出到6-8片時地植或換較大盆. 換盆或地植後改為不封但持續保濕在半日照處. 可開始施肥.

3.You may want to plant them in the ground when plant is 1.5′-2′ tall. Use fertilizer to promote flowers and fruits. Or just simply use dried out weed/grass clipping and burry them as natural fertilizer. Plants will flower and fruit the next year.

Harvest fruit when fruit turn darker red. When in full sun location the plant is still OK but when it is too hot, it will be good to use shade netting to prevent plants gets over heated.

3.植株長到1.5-2呎高時可以地植就地植,施有機磷肥或將雜草曬乾死後埋進土中自然腐化成肥. 隔年成熟即可開花結果. 果實轉深紅變軟就可採收食用. 土壤肥份時產量不小. 全日照也可但夏天過熱時應加遮光網以降溫.

Plant has no thorns. Flowers and foliage both have fragrance. Maximum mature height can reach to 3 metres. It is better to keep plant trim for easy harvest and promote more shoots for flower in order to increase the crop.

全株無刺. 花葉均有香氣. 若不修剪的話可達3公尺高度. 應修剪刺激多分枝以使產量增加. 可做為綠籬.

Purple flowers can be cut flower. Its fruit smells fragrant, tastes with sweetness and balance with a bit nice acid. Although no shelf live–better finish them soon after you harvest the fruit. Very easy to grow them in shady location like between big buildings or balcony. No significant pest or diseases. Just watch out the moisture of the soil.

紫色的花可為切花. 此果實香酸甜,味道還不錯,可野放又無嚴重病蟲害,弱光處林下或建築物蔭下或陽台皆可生長,果期比草莓長,也比一般草莓少病蟲害,只要不要乾死就行. 唯獨果實不耐久放,應採收後當天或隔天就食用.
