Very hardy perennial. Easy to grow in full sun location. Long blooming time from summer to fall. Good for cut flower and flowers attract bees and butterflies. Some varieties flowers with fragrance! do you think the picture I posted a few days ago of my wildflower garden and the flower I picked out of the woods is a phlox? It looks almost like it.

Thanks. It was way back in a wooded area and there was only the one plant. I dug it up 2 years ago. So glad I did!! Wonder how it got way back in the woods lol
You can grow this from seeds, too. My guess is that the plant you found in the woods were growing from a seed. Perhaps animal move the seed to there by accident. 🙂
